What is hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a focused state of attention, where the outside world seems to matter a little less. Your mind will become more open to receiving new ideas, or finding old ones that work better than the current ones. Some think it is like sleep, but it is much different. You may realise that it is a natural state that you go in and out of every day.
Is hypnosis mind control?
No, hypnosis can’t make you do anything against your will or values. It is a consent state. You can reject suggestions if they do not align.
What does hypnosis feel like?
It is individual. Many people say they experience a calm, peaceful state of being. Some report a flow-like state, or that time feels contracted or stretched. Others say that it's like having a day dream. You might have your own unique experience.
Is hypnosis safe?
Yes, it’s a natural and safe process guided by a trained professional. In all of history, there have never been any recorded injuries or death related directly to hypnosis.
Will I lose control or get stuck in hypnosis?
You remain fully aware and in control during hypnosis sessions. You can come out of trance at any point if you like.
How can hypnosis help me?
