I'm Bradley, a Certified Hypnotherapist with a passion for helping people create lasting change by working with the mind rather than against it. I believe people often have more internal resources than they realise—sometimes they just need the thing that makes everything click...

As a natural skeptic, I've always been fascinated by the way the brain creates our thoughts, emotions and behaviours. My studies in Psychology eventually led me to Hypnotherapy because it combines scientific understanding with practical methods that can help people make meaningful changes. After personally using hypnosis as a therapy tool for several years, I can admit that it is life-changing.

My Philosophy

I don't believe people are broken. Most unwanted emotions and behaviours developed for a reason. My role isn't to "fix" you, but to give you space to discover what's happening beneath the surface and guide your mind toward healthier patterns that already exist within you.

What makes my approach different?

Every session is tailored to the individual. Rather than relying on one fixed method, I integrate modern hypnotherapy approaches with an understanding of psychology and neuroscience. Whenever appropriate, I use content-free techniques to keep some of the problem private. I prefer methods that resolve difficult emotions without needing to relive painful experiences. We can pull from my toolbox anything that will help with your unique brain.
